An informational summary of how UVEYO handles data.
This is an informational page describing the platform’s current practices. It is not a binding legal policy. The official version is under legal review and will be published here once approved.
Data we handle
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and account identifier from Google.
- Employee accounts: name, username, department and job title, and only a hash of the password — never the password itself.
- Company registration requests: the company and contact details you enter in the form.
- The security log: sign-in time and outcome, browser type and administrative actions, without passwords or tokens.
- Business data your company enters: items, invoices, partners, production, quality and HR.
- The contact form: name, email, company, optional phone and message.
Cookies and local storage
- uveyo_login: a 10-minute cookie that protects the sign-in flow.
- uveyo_session: the HttpOnly session cookie, ending after 2 hours of inactivity or 8 hours.
- Browser local storage for interface preferences such as language and appearance, and for the company code and username only if you choose to remember them. Passwords are never stored.
- This site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
